De 29-jarige vrouw wordt ervan verdacht bij drie bewoners insuline te hebben toegediend zonder medische noodzaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De belangstelling voor de zitting was groot. In de publieke tribune waren collega&#8217;s, familieleden en direct betrokkenen aanwezig. Ook de parketpolitie was nadrukkelijk aanwezig om de orde en veiligheid in en rond de rechtszaal te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De verdachte, aangeduid als S., was zelf niet aanwezig tijdens de zitting. Zij verblijft momenteel in het Huis van Bewaring in Zwolle. Tijdens de behandeling van de zaak werd bekendgemaakt dat de regiezitting is vastgesteld op 3 september 2026 om 10.30 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vorige zitting vond plaats op 16 april. In de tussenliggende periode zijn een psycholoog en een psychiater aangewezen om onderzoek te doen naar de verdachte. De rapportages van beide deskundigen worden naar verwachting voorafgaand aan de regiezitting beschikbaar gesteld en kunnen een belangrijke rol spelen in het verdere verloop van de strafzaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens advocaat Pernot, die de belangen van de benadeelde partijen behartigt, bestaat op dit moment nog geen volledig beeld van mogelijke schadevergoedingen of van personen die gebruik willen maken van hun spreekrecht tijdens een toekomstige inhoudelijke behandeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De raadsvrouw van de verdachte, mevrouw Greeve, had tijdens de pro-formazitting weinig aanvullende opmerkingen en sloot zich grotendeels aan bij de voortgang van het onderzoek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De zaak blijft de gemoederen bezighouden vanwege de ernst van de verdenkingen en de kwetsbare positie van de betrokken bewoners.
