Steeds meer huishoudens maken gebruik van de zogenoemde Energiebespaarlening om maatregelen zoals isolatie, zonnepanelen en warmtepompen te financieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het fonds, dat is opgezet door de Rijksoverheid, verstrekt leningen met gunstige voorwaarden. Huiseigenaren met een gezamenlijk inkomen tot \u20ac60.000 kunnen zelfs rentevrij lenen. Die regeling blijkt in de praktijk een belangrijke aanjager: een groot deel van de aanvragen komt uit juist deze inkomensgroep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De populariteit van het fonds is de afgelopen jaren sterk toegenomen. Het aantal aanvragen en verstrekte leningen is fors gestegen, mede door hoge energieprijzen en de wens om woningen energiezuiniger te maken. Ook banken en andere partijen steken extra geld in het fonds om aan de groeiende vraag te voldoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tegelijkertijd klinkt de waarschuwing dat de vraag zo hard groeit dat de druk op het fonds toeneemt.
